Born on December 23, 1985, in Almaty, he graduated from the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, where he received a degree in finance.

He began his professional career in 2010 in the civil service. Over the years, he has held senior positions in the public and quasi-public sectors, including Industrial Zone LLP (Head of the Finance and Planning Department), where he was responsible for budget development and long-term financial planning; Almaty Tourist Information Center LLP (Financial Director), where he organized financial planning and expenditure control.

In 2020, he was responsible for the financing structure of projects of the project office for the development of creative industries under the Akimat of Almaty Almaty, underwent advanced training from the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Foundation as part of the “Industry Managers” program; became a member of the Board of the Almaty Creative Association of Entrepreneurs in Creative and Cultural Industries, supporting entrepreneurs and developing the city's creative economy.

In 2020, he held the position of financial director at the State Center for Support of National Cinema, a non-profit organization, and was a member of its Board.

In 2023, he took up the position of Vice President of the National Film Studio “Kazakhfilm” named after Shaken Aimanov, and in August 2024, he was appointed Acting President of the “National Film Studio ‘Kazakhfilm’ named after Shaken Aimanov”.
