In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
“On Combating Corruption” and the Methodological Recommendations on the Organization of Anti-Corruption Compliance in Quasi-Public Sector Entities, approved by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Anti-Corruption, the position of compliance officer has been introduced at JSC “National Film Studio ‘Kazakhfilm’ named after Shaken Aimanov” since 2021.

In accordance with the Regulations on the Compliance Service, the film studio has information channels through which citizens and customers can report facts or potential cases of corruption, fraud, discrimination, unethical behavior, and make suggestions for improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures.
