The distribution and sales department is responsible for promoting the studio's films on domestic and international markets. It obtains licenses and distribution certificates, develops plans for distribution and participation in festivals, enabling Kazakhfilm to effectively reach new audiences and enhance the commercial potential of its projects.
Functions and responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing distribution campaigns in Kazakhstan and abroad
- Licensing films for television, streaming platforms, and other distribution channels
- Preparing document packages and marketing materials for international festivals and film markets
- Supporting transactions with partners and monitoring contract fulfillment
- The distribution service includes distribution, marketing, and commercial departments.
