The International Promotion Department develops the presence of the Kazakhfilm Studio on the global stage. It builds strategic communications with international partners, organizes participation in festivals, film markets, and cultural projects abroad, which helps strengthen the studio's image and expand opportunities for co-production.

Functions and tasks:

Participation in international film festivals, film markets, and forums
Development of strategies for promoting Kazakhfilm films at Kazakhstani/international film festivals, film markets, and forums
Developing the format for Kazakhfilm's participation and meeting programs for delegations at international film festivals, film markets, and forums
Developing proposals for cooperation

Analyzing markets: film festivals, film markets, and forums
Participating in the coordination of joint projects (co-productions)
Cooperation with foreign film funds and film organizations
Coordination of the interaction of Kazakhfilm employees with the diplomatic services of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign missions accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the Department's activities
Participation in the preparation and organization of “Kazakhstan Cinema Days” in foreign countries
